Job Overview

AddisSoftware is seeking for a Junior Quality Assurance to join our forward-thinking and dynamic team. This role offers an incredible opportunity to work with new technologies, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to cutting-edge projects. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
• Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing on various software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Basic understanding of the software development life cycle
• Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically about software quality.
• Excellent questioning skills to clarify requirements and identify potential issues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
